Teacher Retirement

This is Lorna's latest creation.  It was for a retirement celebration at my school.  Everything here is edible and quite tasty.  She makes her fondant herself out of marshmallows so that's even delicious!

The "chalkboard" is made of two white sheet cakes stacked with a layer of white icing and fresh strawberries, while the two books stacked on top are both chocolate.  It tasted amazing!

Zoo Wedding

Recently, Lorna made a wedding cake for a coworker of mine.  The wedding was at the Zoo and was beautiful!

The cake she made was a 4-tier cake with piping and iridescent frosting.  Each tier was a different flavor.

Cowgirl Cupcakes

 

Cowgirl cupcakes!  These were strawberry cake and icing (made with REAL strawberries).  The hats and pony on the top were handmade with that tasty homemade fondant.

Cookies

Homemade sugar cookies.  These were for school:  Thanksgiving and Dia de los Muertos.  So tasty and the kids LOVED them!!  $1.00 per cookie and they come individually wrapped.
